Gadget - Warranty Policy

For gadget part, Monkey Home does not offer the warranty for customers with the retail prices.
If customers request the warranty, the extra cost is as follows :

- Smart Phone - $300 / Year (At most 1 year)
- Tablet - $500 / Year (At most 2 year)
- Laptop - $1000 / Year (At most 3 year)

We strongly suggest customers check and test the gadget in details with our monkey home teammates on the spot during the gadget pick up. If there are system errors which exist within 7 days after the pick up, please whatsapp Monkey Home +852 56625129 to raise the issue first and book an apppoinment to come to Monkey Home - Sheung Wan Shop together with the hard copy of the invoice (With the IMEI Info), to check. Original Gadget box is also required to bring back to monkey home shop for checking. Human damage of the gadget will not be handled.
