Shipping Service Instructions
For Home Delivery, we provides 3 options:
Option 1: SF Express Cash On Delivery (Freight Charge Only)
Option 2: Any Amount + $200 Voucher ($50 Voucher x 4pcs)
Option 3: Any Amount + $130 Delivery Charge (Not include remote area & Island area)
l After the order is confirmed, the customer cannot change the shipping address.
l Orders will be shipped in sequence after confirmation, and the arrival time of the goods will be affected by the actual situation.
l If the customer has not received the goods or the courier company 1-2 days after the estimated arrival date of the order confirmation page, please contact Monkey Home for details. For details, please refer to the “Contact Method”.
l If the adverse weather signal on hoist, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or the weather condition we judge is unsafe, the pick-up service will be suspended and will not be counted in the pick-up period.
l The final quantity of the product purchased by the customer is based on the Monkey Home actual inventory.
l If the customer finds any problems or inquiries about the goods, please contact Monkey Home Customer Service Department for follow-up.
l In case of any dispute, Monkey Home reserves the right to make the final decision.

Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted; or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe. In this event, you will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
