LOCKER PICK-UP

Any orders fulfilling the following conditions

are eligible for our FREE locker pick-up service

 

l  Total product weight<4kg

l  All products are eligible for locker service

l  Order amount >$500 for EF Locker

l  Estimated delivery time:

You will receive an SMS containing the locker password

Pick up period after receiving SMS:

EF Locker  within 48 hours

(Order will be cancelled if it is not picked up within above stated period)

 

Terms & Conditions:

l  For using EF Locker, Orders over $500 before using promotion code that meets the above requirements can enjoy free locker pickup service (single locker only). For orders under HK$500 before using promotion code, a delivery charge of HK$50per each order shall apply.

l  Each locker can only accommodate one order. Every order can be delivered to a single locker only. Hence, order merging is not available for locker pickup orders.

l  After confirmation, locker pick up orders are delivered one after another. Arrival time could vary between situations.

l  Pickup password will be sent to the phone number provided during order confirmation only. Monkey Home is not responsible for any problem incurred by input error from customers.

l  Courier can recover and cancel orders which are not picked up within 48 hours for EF Lockers without prior notice.

l  Some lockers are only accessible by residents of specific properties only. Please do not select these lockers unless you are the stated resident. Monkey Home is not responsible for failure to pick up by selecting a resident only lockers without authority for entrance.

l  Should any dispute arise, the decision of Monkey Home shall be final.
