The ownership of the Balikbayan Box belongs to Monkey Home until the full box fee is paid by Applicant , and hence the ownership of the Balikbayan Box change to Applicant. Monkey Home has the right to sell the items inside the Balikbayan Box in case applicant cannot pay back the box fee in full within 30 days counting from the packing date. Monkey Home reserves all the right for final decision.
