3.⁠ ⁠⁠Assistance with checking gadgets for defects or issues is available for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. Any concerns raised after this timeframe may not be covered under our policy.

4.⁠ ⁠⁠When reporting an issue, customers are required to provide the official receipt, & videos/pictures clearly depicting the problem, along with a brief explanation.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Damage caused by human actions including misuse or mishandling, is not covered under our policy.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠We adhere to a strict “NO REFUND” policy.

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Items or units cannot be exchanged or changed once purchased, regardless of circumstances.
